At Etonic, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original shoebox or garment bag, ensuring all tags are still attached and the package is sealed.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
